Our names are Brandon & Kristen Manis, we have been married for nine wonderful years and are parents to three children! Brandon was born and raised in east Tennessee and Kristen is from upstate New York.

Growing up we both loved our families home cooked meals! We bonded over our shared German & Italian heritage. Together we decided we wanted to share our families' recipes with others! So we brainstormed an idea. What if there was a catering company that focused on homecooked meals inspired by family favorites made with fresh ingredients sourced hand selected from our chefs? And we made it affordable? *GASP*
